Realtors are called upon to be honest, hard working, intelligent leaders in real estate and in their communities. We guide people from all diversities through some of the biggest financial moves in their lives. You rely on us to make sure you’re connected, protected, and informed throughout the entire real estate process, and above all, happy.
Real Estate has been my career since the age of eighteen. I started in the construction industry learning how to develop neighborhoods and build homes while making $10/hour. Seeing the money agents made selling houses, I decided to get my real estate license and continue my real estate career. With a construction background I continued to build and remodel homes, as well as invest in properties and “flipping” homes. As my real estate career advanced, so did my certifications and I went back to broker school to take Broker Law and Principal and get my broker’s license. I have furthered my education and knowledge into real estate with studies of commercial and industrial property, as well as planning and zoning and land developments. Now a decade into my real estate career, I can say in confidence that my experience, work ethic, and commitment to my clients makes me a top real estate professional in Louisville and Kentucky.
I’ve seen first hand how an inexperienced agent can change their client’s life for worse and an excellent agent can change their client’s life for better. The last decade has taught me how vast the world of real estate is, and although I know how important a real estate professional is, it is hard to distinguish between a top professional and inexperienced realtor for the average person.
