He is very knowledgeable about the local market (we were out of state buyers), has a good eye for potentials concerns relating to the maintenance of a home and is  incredibly reliable! He helped us get into the homes we wanted to see quickly and then worked numerous nights/weekends to help us execute the purchase process very fast (about 3 weeks from offer to closing!).
